All clients are required to have a card on file when you book an appointment You will only be charged for the cost of your appointment at the time of checkout and in the event where policies are broken My booking site should send you 3 messages, one at the time you book your appointment, one 72 hours before to confirm, and one 24 hours before as a reminder If you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance as it is very hard to fill the empty spot within that short amount of time Cancelations after the 48 hour mark you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked if you cancel and it must be paid before re-booking I understand things happen, all I ask is that you communicate with me :) But last minute cancelations and no shows cost me time and money so please give me a heads up and enough time to fill your spot 15 minutes or later is considered a no show and your appointment will be canceled and you must pay the cancelation fee in full before rebooking I use high-end, professional products and techniques to ensure the durability of your nails, however they are not indestructible If you are extremely rough on your nails or have your nails submerged in water for a long period of time, the integrity of your nails may become compromised If your nail breaks within 4 days of vour appointment please contact me so I can fix it free of charge but after 4 days if your break a nail you will need to add a "nail fix" to your next appointment I do not work over other peoples work so please come with bare nails unless you have also booked for a removal I do not recommend going longer than 5/6 weeks in. between fills After 6 weeks you will either need to book for a "rebalance" or a removal + a new set Going too long in between fills can cause problems or lifting and more work and time is needed to restructure and reposition the apex of the nails These policies are set in place to protect my time and income. Lots of hard work goes into being able to make this small business work and I appreciate all of y'all's love and support ! ❤️
